📌 Hiring : HR – Plant HR / Industrial Relations

📍 Location : Aliganj, Kursi Road, Lucknow

🕒 Experience : 1–3 Years (Manufacturing / Plant HR preferred)

🔹 About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Plant HR / Industrial Relations Professional to manage end-to-end HR operations and maintain a healthy industrial environment at our manufacturing unit.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day plant HR operations (attendance, leave, shift management).
• Handle Industrial Relations (IR) and maintain worker & union relationships.
• Address employee grievances and ensure disciplinary procedures.
• Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Factory Act, labour laws).
• Maintain mandatory registers and support audits.
• Oversee recruitment & onboarding for plant-level roles.
• Lead employee engagement, welfare, and safety initiatives.
