Production Engineer – Calcium Carbonat

We are looking for a skilled Process Engineer experienced in Calcium Carbonate production lines, including grinding, coating (stearic acid or surface treatment), and quality control. The ideal candidate will be capable of supervising the production process, identifying and solving operational issues, and providing technical support to customers when product performance issues arise.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily production and ensure stable process operation and product quality.
• Monitor machinery performance and coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
• Handle troubleshooting in coating and grinding sections to achieve required micron and surface quality.
• Implement continuous improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Support clients by investigating product complaints and developing technical solutions.
• Ensure safety standards and operational procedures are followed at all times.
