We are looking for a dynamic Video Editor who can deliver daily videos, reels, and shorts in business, entrepreneurship, motivational, and gaming niches.

Key Responsibilities Edit and publish daily videos (YouTube long-form + shorts / reels) across :

8 Bhionix.Group company channels

Founder Ashutosh Mohapatra’s personal branding channel

Gaming & entertainment channel

Create viral-ready reels / shorts for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.

Add captions, subtitles, animations, B-rolls, transitions, and music to boost engagement.

Develop business, startup, motivational & gaming edits tailored to each audience.

Collaborate with scriptwriters, marketing teams, and the founder’s office for fast content turnaround.

Study top Indian business, motivational, and gaming channels and match or exceed production quality.

Ensure brand consistency across all channels while experimenting with creative editing styles.

Requirements Proven experience as a Video Editor for YouTube & Reels (portfolio required).

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.

Strong storytelling and pacing skills — ability to make content engaging within 30–120 seconds for reels.

Experience editing business, motivational, personal branding, or gaming content is highly desirable.

Ability to work independently and deliver daily edits under deadlines.

Familiarity with YouTube SEO, thumbnails, trending formats is a plus.

Preferred Background Worked with top 5 business / motivational channels in India or well-known gaming channels.

Skilled in both professional business edits & high-energy gaming edits.

Passionate about entrepreneurship, leadership, and entertainment content.
