Pay :

Full Time Interns : 15k a month, doubled to 30k a month if you get a PPO after 3 months.

Full Time Creatives : 30k a month doubled to 60k a month in 6 months on exemplary performance

If you manage to become indispensable, you get to 4x / 8x your salary to 120k a month in a year.

Performance will be evaluated purely on metrics, real stuff, no BS.

If you manage to become the driving force for my businesses, you will earn meaningful equity in the business where you’ve had the most impact.

This is an offer no other early stage founder will make you. This is a high growth position and I’m looking for cracked individuals. We work 6 days a week, on ideas that are disrupting the market already and will disrupt them further in years to come.

What will you do as a creative?

This is going to be a wild ride. It’s a madly vague and ambiguous role but it also gives you the opportunity to have the world as your testing ground. We have massive ad budgets, we are cooked to the core and we believe in lean teams and trusting each other.

Task : Create an organic / performance video ad from scratch. It could be about anything! Be as creative as you can, use whatever you can, grab my eyeballs, because if you can interest me, I can guarantee you we can interest the world.
