Project Controller

Role : Project Control Manager

Key Responsibilities

• To manage the project control resources required to deliver a multiple cross-functional engineering project.
• To support the project manager with progress reporting including schedule development, update and maintenance in Primavera and Microsoft Project according to the WBS Guidelines.
• Working Knowledge of Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Possess working experience with Cost Control, Earned Value Management, Budgets, Estimating, Change Management, Planning, Forecasting, Reporting Progress and Performance, and Project Funding.
• Establish project budget, baselines, and report variances.
• Monitoring and managing the scope of work in the contract
• Basic experience and understanding of estimating and benchmarking.
• Provide inputs for contract management.
• Assist and support project manager in financial project close-out.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Develop and maintain detailed Cash flow and Commitment flow throughout the project phases.
• Good interpersonal and collaborating skills.
• Good organization and prioritization skills to execute work accurately and largely self-directed, handle multiple priorities and analyse reports and trend activities.
• Review and validate contractual compliance of project invoices.
• At the completion of the project, develop and ensure recording of the project’s historical cost information and “lessons learned” for future use.
• Provide support to track project progress and perform analysis of bottlenecks, trends, and critical path.
• Identify and communicate project risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Prepare project status presentations, highlighting key accomplishments, risks, and changes.
• Develop custom projects reports as needed to facilitate project discussions.
• Willingness to travel and visit project work locations.
• Capable and experienced in preparing various reports and presentations of the projects periodically.
