Job descriptionConduct in-depth research into customer pain points, workflows, and industry trends Translate insights into crisp narratives with clarity & authority Build and run the content engine : website pages, feature explainers, blogs, case studies, whitepapers. Write with authority on technical concepts and tie them back to business outcomes. Create content that is GEO-friendly and optimized for discoverability. Own SuprSend’s market story — differentiated, developer-first, and customer-centric. Collaborate with founders and product to align messaging with roadmap and launches. Build narratives around features that answer “why it matters” for customers. Turn features into stories, and stories into adoption. Create customer-facing assets that explain complex workflows simply. Scale stories across formats — web, docs, videos, sales decks, community, and social. Own the distribution playbook : LinkedIn, X, engineering forums, dev communities, newsletters. Repurpose long-form content into snackable posts, threads, and community updates. Experiment with new channels and create repeatable distribution loops . Graduated from a Tier-1 engineering college with strong academic grounding Can simplify complex, technical products and communicate them clearly Love deep work and can bring clarity from ambiguity Think in frameworks and structured research Are data-driven , with experience in SEO, keyword research, and content analytics Have 1–3 years of experience in product marketing or content marketing roles (Bonus) Experience with notification systems and ability to contribute to improving them Must apply if you want to get accelerated learning in your career Founders’ Office seat → direct exposure, context, and influence Shape the category narrative for a fast-growing devtool Do deep, meaningful work that directly impacts adoption and revenue Be part of a modern, AI-first notification platform at a breakout stage Grow your career at the intersection of product, marketing, and strategy — with the experience to someday build your own startup

SuprSend is a developer-first notification infrastructure platform. We help product and engineering teams design, send, and manage omni-channel notifications without rebuilding the wheel. Our mission is to make notifications effortless, reliable, and customer-first.
The Role
We’re hiring a Product Marketing Manager into the Founders’ Office . This is a high-impact role that combines deep research, structured problem-solving, and content strategy to drive our product narrative and customer education. You’ll sit close to the founders and own how SuprSend is positioned, explained, and amplified in the market.
Your work will directly influence how SuprSend is perceived in the market, how customers discover and evaluate us, and how effectively we scale adoption. You will :
- Translate customer pain points into sharp positioning and messaging
- Build and execute a content strategy that educates and inspires
- Create data-driven, GEO-friendly content that scales discovery
- Distribute and amplify our story across channels where our ICP lives
