About the Role :

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes and helping us attract and hire top talent.

Key Responsibilities :

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and networking
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates for interviews
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding formalities
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment records
• Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
