Position Summary :

We are seeking candidates well-versed in Indian financial regulations and investment behaviors, comfortable navigating cultural differences, to assist the company in building a local operations team. This role will act as a bridge between the headquarters and the Indian team, driving strategy implementation, brand building, and compliance to ensure sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Market and Strategy Implementation :

  • Analyze market trends and policies for Contracts for Difference (CFDs) in India, and propose localized growth strategies.
  • Research competitor activities in the Indian market and develop practical recommendations.
  • Integrate headquarters' strategies to create operational plans tailored to Indian user habits (e.G., account opening processes, deposit incentives, trading education).
  • Regularly produce market analysis reports to support strategic decision-making at headquarters.

2. User Growth and Conversion

  • Optimize conversion rates for Know Your Customer (KYC), deposits, and first-time trades.
  • Plan and execute localized marketing campaigns targeting Indian traders (e.G., deposit bonuses, trading competitions, referral programs).
  • 3. Customer Retention and Education

  • Promote trader education content (e.G., webinars, video courses, community events).
  • Collaborate with headquarters to analyze client behavior and churn data, developing strategies for retention and reinvestment.
  • Manage local client communities (e.G., Telegram, WhatsApp, YouTube) to enhance client engagement.
  • 4. Compliance and Risk Control

  • Assist the company in strengthening its compliance framework within India.
  • 5. Team Management

  • Support headquarters in developing the local team.
  • Train and enhance the capabilities of the local team.
  • Candidate Profile :

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
  • Fluency in both English and Hindi (spoken and written) is essential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Comfortable working with data;
  • capable of extracting meaningful insights from complex datasets.
