Location : Hyderabad (On-site)

Experience : 3–8 years (Branding / Marketing / Communication)

Education : MBA / PGDM from MICA preferred; other Tier-1 B-Schools also eligible

Role Overview

This is a high-ownership brand role for a dynamic professional with strong storytelling, brand architecture, and market insight skills.

Your responsibility is to shape, elevate, and differentiate the OngoleBulls brand in the investment ecosystem through strategic communication, brand consistency, and consumer-driven insights.

Ideal for a MICA / top B-school MBA with strong exposure in branding, content strategy, and consumer insights.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Positioning

Develop, refine, and execute OngoleBulls’ brand positioning and value proposition in the financial services ecosystem.
Build long-term brand architecture ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
Translate the company’s leadership philosophy into a strong investor-facing brand narrative.

Communication & Storytelling

Craft clear and compelling brand communication strategies for B2C, B2B, and partner ecosystems.

Own all high-value communication : brochures, campaigns, presentations, decks, brand films, website messaging.

Maintain brand tone, narrative, and consistency across teams.

Content Strategy & Creative Direction

Lead content strategy for digital, offline, PR, investor communication, and corporate messaging.

Oversee creation of marketing collaterals including videos, campaigns, and brand assets.

Work closely with designers, agencies, and media partners for execution.

Consumer Insights & Research

Conduct primary & secondary research to understand investor behavior, market perception, brand recall, and competitive positioning.

Translate insights into actionable brand strategies and marketing decisions.

Digital Brand Presence

Collaborate with digital marketing teams to shape online brand presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, website, thought-leadership).

Strengthen OngoleBulls’ role as a credible, research-driven, digitally strong financial brand.

Internal Brand Culture

Develop internal brand handbooks, tone guidelines, and brand usage frameworks.

Ensure teams follow brand guidelines across operations, sales, investor relations, and leadership communication.

Cross-Functional Leadership

Work closely with CEO, Sales, Product, and Strategy teams to ensure brand alignment.

Manage external agencies, PR partners, design teams, and creative studios.

Ideal Candidate Profile

MBA / PGDM from MICA (preferred) or top-tier B-schools with specialization in Brand Management, Communication, Advertising, or Marketing.

3–8 years of experience in branding roles (financial services preferred but not mandatory).

Strong sense of storytelling, creative strategy, and brand design thinking.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to craft narratives for B2C, B2B, HNI, and institutional audiences.

Strong understanding of digital consumer psychology + financial product behavior (added advantage).

Ability to manage agencies, budgets, and high-visibility brand projects.
