Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate daily e-commerce shipment pickups and deliveries
  • Communicate effectively with courier partners and delivery staff
  • Track and update order statuses using logistics software
  • Assist in packaging, labeling, and dispatching of parcels
  • Maintain shipment records and documentation
  • Address basic delivery / customer queries in local language
  • Report delivery issues, delays, or returns to the senior executive
  • Scan barcodes using the app for inbound / outbound goods
  • Ensure timely and safe shipment as per company protocols

Skills Required :

  • Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms
  • Minimum 65% aggregate in academics
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Willingness to work flexible hours

    • Added Advantages :

  • Basic fluency in English (mandatory); additional languages are a plus
  • Certification or strong knowledge in MS Excel
  • Awareness of city / district / zone-wise logistics mapping
