As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a
key role in connecting top IT talent with leading organizations
across the United States while collaborating closely with Account Managers and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals (LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, ZipRecruiter, etc.), referrals, and internal databases.
Understand client job requirements and identify the best talent fit.
Manage the
end-to-end recruitment cycle
– sourcing, screening, interviews, negotiations, and onboarding.
Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure timely and quality candidate delivery.
Build and maintain
strong professional relationships
with candidates and consultants.
Maintain accurate and updated data in ATS and daily reports.
Requirements
Experience :
3–5 years in US IT Recruitment with solid understanding of W2, C2C, H1B, OPT, and GC hiring models.
Communication :
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Shift :
Willingness to work in
US time zones (EST / PST)
Strong negotiation skills, with a
people-first and result-oriented mindset
