What you'll be doing :

• Data Collection and Analysis : Gather, cleanse, and analyze large datasets from various sources related to billing and accounts payable processes.
• MIS Reporting : Develop and maintain regular MIS reports, including daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends.
• Dashboard Development : Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards in Power BI to visualize data and provide real-time insights into billing and accounts payable performance.
• Data Validation and Accuracy : Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used in reports and dashboards by implementing robust validation processes.
• Process Improvement : Identify opportunities to improve data collection, reporting, and analysis processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Presentation and Communication : Prepare and deliver presentations using PowerPoint to communicate key findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaboration : Work closely with other members of the Billing and Accounts Payable team, as well as other departments, to understand their data needs and provide support.
• Documentation : Maintain thorough documentation of all reporting processes, data sources, and dashboard designs.
• Ad-hoc Reporting : Respond to ad-hoc data requests from management and other stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Stay Updated : Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
