Job Title : HMC / VMC Operator (Fresher & Experienced)

We're Hiring! TAK AUTOMATION, a leader in high-precision component manufacturing in Coimbatore, is looking for skilled and motivated VTL / HMC / VMC Operators to join our growing team!

Key Responsibilities :

  • Set up and operate CNC Vertical Turning Lathe (VTL) CNC Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) and Horizontal Machining Centers (HMC).
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to ensure components meet exact specifications.
  • Handle CNC programs and make necessary offset adjustments to achieve tight tolerances.
  • Conduct in-process quality inspections using precision measuring tools (Vernier calipers, micrometers, etc.).
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and adhere to all safety standards.

What We're Looking For :

  • Experience : Freshers to 8 years of hands-on experience as a VTL / VMC or HMC operator.
  • Education : ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / B.E or a related field.
  • Skills : Strong ability to read technical drawings, proficiency with measuring instruments, and a keen eye for detail.
  • Bonus : Experience with Fanuc or Siemens controllers is a plus!
