Position : Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location : Arihant Aura, Turbhe, Navi Mumbai (Opposite Turbhe Station)

Salary : Up to ₹7 LPA (CTC)

Mode : Work from Office

Hunarstreet Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is a client-focused recruitment firm seeking a results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring across IT and Non-IT domains.

Key Responsibilities :

Source and engage top talent through job portals, social media, and networks.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate fit.
Manage candidate relationships and ensure a positive hiring experience.
Apply advanced sourcing strategies for niche talent.
Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

2–8 years’ experience in end-to-end recruitment (IT & Non-IT).

Proficiency with LinkedIn, Naukri, and other sourcing tools.

Strong communication and organizational skills.
