Location : Bavdhan, Pune (Work from Office required for the first 2 months of training).

Post-training, permanent Work From Home may be offered based on performance.

Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns.
Identify, reach out to, and onboard influencers.
Negotiate and close deals with influencers.
Maintain and update tracking sheets with campaign metrics.

Role Description

This is a full-time position for an Influencer Marketing Specialist.

You’ll assist in developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns — from identifying potential creators to managing collaborations and analyzing campaign performance.

The role is on-site (Pune) for the initial training period.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree completed or currently in the final year.

Familiarity with influencer marketing and social media platforms.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.

Analytical mindset with data interpretation skills.

Creative thinker with problem-solving ability.

Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Team player with a proactive attitude.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Background in Marketing or Communications is preferred.
