Job Title : IT Infrastructure Bid Manager

Location : Chennai

Job Summary :

The IT Infrastructure Bid Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end bid process for IT infrastructure projects, from identifying opportunities to submitting winning proposals. They will lead cross-functional teams to ensure bids are aligned with client needs, competitive, and meet all requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

Identify and evaluate IT infrastructure project opportunities.

Develop winning bid strategies aligned with client needs and business objectives.

Analyze RFPs, assess feasibility, risks, and compliance requirements.

Lead cross-functional bid teams (technical, financial, legal, etc.) to develop compelling proposals.

Coordinate inputs, manage timelines, and ensure on-time, high-quality submissions.

Engage with clients throughout the bid process, including presentations and negotiations.

Track bid performance (win rates, volumes) and implement process improvements.

Skills and Qualifications :

15year Total experience and min 5+ years in bid management or similar roles, preferably in the IT infrastructure Products and Services

Bachelor's Engineering degree MBA / MCA in IT, Electronics, Computer Science.

Familiarity with IT infrastructure technologies (e.g., Server, Storage, SAN, Networking, Security Appliances, Cloud, Virtualization, Backup, Managed Services, AMC Services etc)

Experience with bid management software and tools.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills : - Experience in handling multiple OEM Products and Solutions and OEM connect.
