Job Title : RPA Automation Anywhere Developer

Location : Mumbai / Bangalore

Experience : 3 - 11 Years

About The Role

We are looking for skilled Automation Anywhere Developers to design, develop, test, and implement RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere A360 . The role involves working closely with RPA Leads and Program Managers to deliver scalable automation solutions and contribute to continuous process improvement for global clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and deploy Automation Anywhere A360 bots as per defined business requirements.
  • Collaborate with RPA Leads and Program Managers to analyze, design, and deliver automation solutions.
  • Follow the complete RPA lifecycle, including documentation at each stage (process design, development, testing, and deployment).
  • Conduct unit testing and peer reviews to ensure quality and compliance with automation standards.
  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize existing automation scripts and workflows.
  • Maintain confidentiality of information and adhere to security and compliance guidelines.
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues.
  • Work in rotational shifts (24 / 7 environment) as per project requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Hands-on experience in Automation Anywhere A360 (minimum 2 years).
  • Strong understanding of RPA design principles, best practices, and lifecycle methodology.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new technologies.

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Automation Anywhere Advanced or Master certification.
  • Experience working on enterprise-level RPA projects in a global environment.
  • Familiarity with SQL queries, Excel Macros, or basic scripting (Python / VBA / JavaScript).
