Global Operations Professional

About this role :

We are seeking an experienced Operations Professional to join our team. This role involves collaborating with teams across borders, gaining global exposure, and being at the centre of our people and operational functions.

This professional will manage company documentation, compliance forms, and vendor / supplier coordination, schedule internal meetings, maintain calendars for key leadership, assist in preparing reports and presentation materials, coordinate with finance and IT teams, and contribute to improving internal processes and tools.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in People Operations, Admin, or HR coordination roles, strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and comfortable using productivity software.

They will work remotely or in global teams, have a people-first mindset, high sense of confidentiality and integrity, and be able to make a meaningful impact.

Key responsibilities include employee onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining and updating personnel records, supporting internal communication and employee engagement activities, and helping coordinate training sessions.
