Key Responsibilities :

• Define the testing approach for each project, ensuring alignment with business goals, technical complexity, and release timelines.
• Lead the design of test scenarios and review test assets prepared by the team to ensure accuracy, completeness, and quality.
• Drive the estimation, planning, and prioritization of testing activities across releases and sprints.
• Mentor and upskill team members, assigning tasks based on capability and ensuring consistent delivery performance.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements, identify risks early, and influence quality-related decisions.
• Implement and improve automation strategies in collaboration with the automation team to reduce manual effort and enhance regression reliability.
• Track and analyze quality metrics to identify trends, recurring problems, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Oversee defect lifecycle management, ensuring timely triage, proper severity assignment, and clear communication between QA and development.
• Ensure the QA environment, test data, and testing tools are properly set up and maintained for smooth execution.
• Represent QA during Agile ceremonies, providing visibility into quality status, risks, and dependencies.
• Deliver clear and data-backed test reports and dashboards for leadership, highlighting readiness for release and recommending go / no-go decisions.
• Use intelligent productivity tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to streamline testing tasks and improve documentation and team workflows
• Use your personal LinkedIn profile to support company branding and represent the organization’s voice as part of the role.
