Job Summary-

We are looking for a

hands-on AI Solution Architect

to lead the design, development, and deployment of AI / ML solutions in the financial services domain. This role requires strong technical expertise, architectural vision, and the ability to deliver complex PoCs while mentoring development teams.

Key Responsibilities-

Architecture & Design :

Architect end-to-end AI / ML solutions for use cases like fraud detection, risk scoring, customer analytics, and generative AI.

Define scalable, secure AI architectures integrating data ingestion, model training, deployment, and monitoring.

Select tools, frameworks, and platforms based on business needs.

Hands-On Development & PoCs :

Build and validate PoCs using Python, TensorFlow / PyTorch, and cloud-native services.

Rapidly prototype models and optimize for performance and compliance.

Implementation & Mentorship :

Guide development teams, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to standards.

Promote best practices in MLOps, model governance, and responsible AI.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors / Masters in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.

12-19 years in software development, with 4+ years in AI / ML / GenAI solutioning.

Strong Python programming and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).

Experience with

AWS / Azure / GCP

and MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow).

Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, RBI guidelines).

Preferred Skills

Exposure to

LLMs ,

RAG architectures , vector databases, and generative AI.

Strong problem-solving and design thinking skills.

Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.

Certifications in AI / ML or cloud architecture are a plus.
