We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated professional with hands-on experience in FEMA (Foreign Exchange Management Act) and RBI compliance matters . The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of foreign exchange regulations, cross-border transactions, regulatory reporting requirements, Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist in handling FEMA and RBI compliance matters related to foreign investments, external commercial borrowings (ECBs), overseas direct investments (ODIs), and other cross-border transactions.

Support in preparation and filing of regulatory returns and reports with the Reserve Bank of India.

Review and maintain documentation for inbound and outbound remittances, FDI reporting, and share allotment processes.

Monitor and update changes in FEMA / RBI regulations, circulars, and notifications, and assess their impact on clients or internal processes.

Coordinate with banks, clients, and regulatory authorities for compliance queries or clarifications.

Assist in internal audits and reviews to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
