What You’ll Do

• Build and lead the On-Demand Home Services Marketplace (B2C) — from strategy to execution, operating from Corporate Office, Hyderabad
• Develop and implement go-to-market plans, partnerships, and digital growth strategies.
• Drive P&L ownership, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
• Lead cross-functional teams across product, marketing, sales, and operations.
• Use data, technology, and customer insights to enhance user experience and retention.
