Job description

Job Opportunity : L2 Support Engineer (Multiple Positions)

Location : Bangalore-Remote

Start Date : ASAP (within 2–3 weeks)

Type : 24x7 L2 Support

Salary : Open to discuss

We are hiring L2 Support Engineers to join our dynamic IT team. We have openings for :

Junior Engineers : 2–3 years of experience

Lead Engineer : 5+ years of experience

Key Skills & Requirements :

  • Hands-on experience with TeMIP, UCA, UOC
  • Experience in 24 / 7 IT system production support
  • Minimum 3 years as L2 support engineer
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes
  • 2–5 years of experience in solution support
  • Experience working in a Linux environment
  • Proficient in shell scripting
  • Good experience with HPE vTeMIP / UOC / UCA products to troubleshoot issues
  • Able to perform application monitoring, create health check reports, and log issues in the ticketing system
  • Strong written and verbal business communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and L2 support teams and track ticket closure
  • Willingness to ramp up on products used in the solution

Mandatory : Availability to work in 24 / 7 shifts
