Key Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles within SkySun / Lytegen.
• Source candidates through portals LinkedIn and internal referrals.
• Conduct HR screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate data and recruitment reports accurately.
• Support onboarding joining formalities and documentation.
• Collaborate with HR and operations teams across India and the US.
