we are hiring for one of our client frozen food manufacturer based in Hydrabad.

JOB ROLE -Territory sales Incharge

Experience- 1year +

Budget - upto 5 LPA

Location- Hyderabad, karimnagar, Nalgonda, Warangal

Job description-

Sales Target Achievement : Consistently meet or exceed sales goals for assigned products or territories.

Customer Relationship Management : Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients such as distributors, retailers, and food service providers.

Market Research : Identify new sales opportunities, understand market trends, and monitor competitor activity to inform sales strategies.

Product Promotion : Effectively communicate the benefits and features of food products to potential customers.

New Business Development : Actively seek out and acquire new customers within the assigned territory.

Technical Support (for some roles) : Provide technical information and support, particularly for technical or institutional sales roles.

Reporting : Prepare and submit regular sales and activity reports to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications -

Sales Skills : Strong ability to promote products, negotiate deals, and meet targets.

Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present products and interact effectively with customers.

Product Knowledge : In-depth understanding of the food products, including ingredients, nutritional information, and industry standards.

Market Knowledge : Awareness of food industry trends, consumer behavior, and local market dynamics.

Customer Service : A customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand and address customer needs.

Interpersonal Skills : Ability to build strong, long-term partnerships with clients.

Common

Industry -

Preferably from existing food industry handing traders dealing with frozen food (French fries / frozen nuggets / frozen snacks….)

Needs to have thorough knowledge of pricing and margins in the industry

Market knowledge of existing channel – distributors / traders / HoReCa customers is a MUST
