Role Overview

As the Lead Mobile Application Developer , you will drive the design, development, and delivery of cutting-edge mobile applications that interface with a wide ecosystem of connected devices and smart peripherals. You will lead a team of mobile engineers (iOS / Android), collaborate closely with hardware, backend, and design teams, and ensure a seamless, secure, and high-quality user experience across platforms.

This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer who can lead by example, architecting solutions, reviewing code, guiding the team, and owning end-to-end mobile application performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Architecture

• Lead the mobile engineering team (iOS / Android) in designing and building scalable, maintainable, and robust mobile applications.
• Define mobile architecture, coding standards, best practices, and overall technical direction.
• Review code, mentor team members, and drive continuous improvement.
