Job Title : Design Manager

Experience : 6+ years

Education : Bachelor&aposs degree in design, Fine Arts, or related field

Role Summary

We are seeking a fast-paced and creative Design Manager to lead the visual language of

India's most disruptive managed farmland brand. This role requires hands-on

execution across digital and print, a strong grasp of minimalist aesthetics, and the ability to

turn ideas into memorable, high-impact visuals. You will work closely with the marketing,

content, and brand teams to bring bold campaigns to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create visual content across formats : Meta, Google, Print, Outdoor, Video, and

Experiential

  • Work closely with brand and marketing teams to deliver campaign assets
  • Develop designs that resonate with both premium and agriculture-based audiences
  • Frequent farm visits for inspiration and on-ground photography
  • A sharp eye for minimalist design with a knack for moment marketing
  • Understanding of printing specs, digital formats, codecs, and production
  • Design everything from packaging to digital ads, brochures to farm signage

    • Required Skills

  • Expertise in Adobe Suite & Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Familiarity with AI tools (Firefly, MidJourney, etc.) for scalable design workflows
  • Strong understanding of minimalist design and trend-based creative
  • Proficiency in print production, digital formats, codecs, and specifications
  • Bonus : Skills in photography / videography and experience with purpose-driven

    • brands.
