Job descriptionEnsure strict adherence to all environmental, health, and safety regulations throughout the manufacturing process. Regularly review and update safety protocols and practices to promote a safe working environment. Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and promote career growth. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork within the production team. Develop annual and long-term operating budgets for the production department. Conduct monthly financial analysis to ensure budgets are met and identify opportunities for cost reduction. Lead the implementation of process improvements and best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Collaborate with relevant departments to improve operational coordination and effectiveness. Develop and maintain quality control systems to promptly identify and resolve production issues. Conduct regular inspections and quality audits to ensure compliance with product specifications. Prepare detailed production reports and maintain accurate personnel records. Work closely with supervisors and other departments to ensure smooth operational coordination. B.Tech / B.E. / Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
