R&D Executive (NPK Enrichment & Fertilizer Technology) in Delhi, Sonipat

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize NPK enrichment processes for Fermented Organic Manure (FOM).
• Conduct lab experiments and pilot trials to test new formulations.
• Monitor physical, chemical, and microbial parameters (moisture, pH, nutrient levels).
• Document all experimental data and analyze results for process improvement.
• Collaborate with production teams to scale lab processes to pilot and commercial production.
• Innovate and propose new fertilizer formulations and enrichment techniques.
• Ensure quality control and consistency across all R&D batches.
• Stay updated on the latest agritech and sustainable fertilizer technologies.
• Support process optimization and efficiency improvements in fertilizer production.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth integration of R&D outputs into production.
