About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and data-driven Campaign Manager to lead multi-channel performance marketing campaigns for Dubai’s real estate and luxury product portfolios. This role demands a results-oriented marketer who can blend analytical precision with creative strategy to drive measurable growth and high-quality lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute multi-channel ad campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Taboola, Outbrain, and DV360.
- Drive lead generation and brand visibility for premium Dubai real estate and luxury product portfolios.
- Optimize campaign performance across CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, and ROAS.
- Develop and manage keyword strategy, ad copy, audience segmentation, and retargeting frameworks.
- Set up and track conversions using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and LinkedIn Insight Tag.
- Manage and integrate CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, LeadSquared) for :
- Lead scoring and nurturing
- Automation workflows and funnel optimisation
- API / webhook integrations and data enrichment (Clearbit, Apollo.io)
- Improve landing page conversions (CRO) through A / B testing, UX / UI optimisation, and SEO alignment.
- Utilise AI-driven campaign optimisation and data-based insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with creative, sales, and tech teams to align campaign goals with overall business strategy.
Skills & Experience
4–6 years of performance marketing or campaign management experience.Proven expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, DV360, and native ad platforms.Strong analytical proficiency in GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking.Experience with CRM automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or LeadSquared).Sound understanding of CRO, UX / UI, SEO, and A / B testing techniques.Data-driven decision maker with excellent communication and project-management skills.Prior experience in Dubai real estate or luxury marketing is highly preferred.
