About Students Collective

Students Collective is a youth-led nonprofit in Bangalore connecting private school and college students with government school students through peer-led, tech-driven Spoken English classes. Our mission is to bridge socioeconomic gaps while building leadership, empathy, and communication skills among young people.

Role Overview

As a  School Catalyst , you will be the key coordinator for our peer-learning program at a local government school. You'll lead a small team of volunteers, facilitate interactive English lessons using our digital e-learning platform, and ensure smooth collaboration between Students Collective and the school administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Mobilize Volunteers :  Recruit and guide private school or college students to join the initiative.
• Coordinate with School :  Liaise with principals, teachers, and volunteers to schedule and manage weekly classes.
• Run Classes :  Oversee engaging one-hour English sessions each week using Students Collective's interactive eLessons.
• Track Progress :  Conduct simple baseline and endline assessments to measure student improvement.
• Support Tech & Outreach :  Collaborate on digital marketing, content creation, or platform-related projects as needed.
