• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) solutions.
• Define technical standards, best practices, and scalable solution designs.
• Oversee end-to-end eCommerce architecture including integrations, data flows, and system performance.
• Drive solution blueprinting, technical estimations, and architecture documentation.
• Guide development teams, review code, and ensure adherence to architectural guidelines.
• Collaborate with business, product, and UX teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Optimize platform performance, security, and scalability.
• Provide technical leadership for complex enhancements, integrations, and omni-channel features.
• Troubleshoot critical issues and support production deployments.
