About the Role :
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who thrives at the intersection of business, technology, and product innovation.
This is a post-sales leadership role where you'll act as the Product Owner for client-facing software and AI projects, driving delivery with clarity, purpose, and documentation excellence.
While the focus will be on post-sales ownership, you should be open to participating in pre-sales discovery calls to ensure seamless transitions and a consultative approach to new client engagements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Business Analysis & Product Ownership
- Own the product vision, roadmap, and client alignment post-sale.
- Gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Act as a bridge between clients, designers, developers, and QA teams, ensuring a shared understanding.
- Create detailed BRDs, user journeys, wireframes, workflows, and epics using modern tools.
- Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and work prioritisation in Agile teams.
- Stakeholder Communication
- Maintain transparent communication with internal and external stakeholders across project lifecycles.
- Present product updates, demos, and roadmap milestones to clients.
- Facilitate workshops, brainstorming sessions, and validation meetings with business users and technical teams.
Documentation Excellence :
Deliver high-quality, structured documentation including :
Business Requirement Documents (BRD)Functional Specification Documents (FSD)User Manuals / Training MaterialExecutive Summaries & PresentationsUse AI-powered writing and productivity tools (like Notion AI, ChatGPT, Scribe, Grammarly, etc.) to fast-track documentation and insights.Pre-Sales Support (as needed) :
Join discovery sessions to understand client pain points.Support proposal creation with flow diagrams, mockups, and solution documents.Collaborate with Sales & Tech teams to scope deliverables and timelines.Required Skills & Qualifications :
Education :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.MBA or related certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus.Experience :
5+ years of experience in an IT services or software product company.Demonstrated success in client-facing, post-sales roles (preferably with Agile teams).Prior experience working on AI / ML or data-heavy platforms is a strong advantage.Tools & Technical Knowledge :
Strong understanding of Agile (Scrum / Kanban) delivery models.Hands-on with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Miro, Lucidchart, and MS Visio.Proficient in Office 365 / Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).Familiarity with APIs, SaaS, and basic technical architecture is preferred.Experience with AI tools for documentation, note-taking, or flow creation is highly desirable.Soft Skills :
