Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Tourism Case Manager based in Navi Mumbai. The Case Manager will be responsible for converting leads of people abroad looking for their surgery / medical treatment in India. The person will be in coordinating and managing medical cases, ensuring personalized care for each client. Daily tasks include liaising with healthcare providers, coordinating treatment plans, managing utilization of medical resources, and providing case management services. The role also involves assisting patients in navigating their medical journey, ensuring smooth communication and exceptional service.
Your primary responsibility is to facilitate the seamless transition of potential international patients into valuable clients of our healthcare system. Here are the key duties and qualifications for this role :

Engage and understand :
Proactively engage with potential international patients, understand their specific healthcare needs and tailor communication accordingly.
Build Trust :
Establish trust and rapport with patients, addressing their concerns and providing accurate information about our services.
Navigating Processes :
Guide potential patients through administrative processes, including visa requirements, medical documentation, and appointment scheduling.
Relationship Building :
Network :
Establish and maintain relationships with patients, gather feedback to improve services and address any issues promptly.
Qualifications : Education :
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in any relevant healthcare field
Experience :
4-5 years of prior experience. Experience in medical tourism or non-clinical role will be preferred.
Familiarity with healthcare systems, medical terminology, and cross-cultural communication.
Skills :
Excellent interpersonal skills and empathy.
Strong organizational abilities.
Proficiency in English language.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
