Key Responsibilities :

Talent Sourcing : Identify, engage, and attract top IT talent for US-based positions using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.
Initial Screening : Conduct preliminary phone / video interviews to assess technical and communication skills, and validate eligibility for various employment types (W2, 1099, C2C, C2H).
Interview Coordination : Manage and schedule candidate interviews in sync with US time zones, ensuring prompt updates and clear communication.
Compliance Learning : Support senior recruiters in documentation and visa / work authorization checks (OPT, H1-B, EAD, Green Card) as you build US staffing expertise.
Relationship Building : Foster positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers, delivering a great candidate experience throughout the process.
Reporting & ATS : Maintain accurate records in Applicant Tracking Systems, assist with recruitment metrics, and support the team’s fast-paced operations.
On-site Collaboration : Work closely onsite with a supportive, growth-focused team at Mindspace, Malad.

Who Should Apply?

1–2 years of experience in US IT staffing, especially with implementation companies (internships / entry roles also considered).

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills —confident, professional, and engaging.

Willingness to work night shift and adapt to US time zones.

Strong organizational skills; ready to handle multiple priorities and keep processes on track.

Driven, proactive, with a result-oriented outlook—a natural relationship builder and team player.

Familiarity with MS Office, ATS, and basic IT terminology.

Relevant Degrees : Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Diploma in fields such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mathematics, or related sciences.
