Product Manager - US Healthcare

Location / Working model : Pune, Work from office.

Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of innovative software solutions in the US healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ product management experience, including at least 2 years in US healthcare, with strong expertise in value-based care and population health management.

Key Responsibilities :

• Define and own the product strategy, vision, and roadmap aligned with business goals and healthcare compliance.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle for SaaS healthcare applications focused on payer / provider workflows, risk adjustment, and clinical quality measures.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, data science, clinical, and business teams to deliver scalable, AI / LLM-powered healthcare features.
• Manage Agile processes including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release management.
• Partner with clients and stakeholders to translate workflows and regulatory requirements into product requirements and actionable analytics dashboards.
• Drive product performance measurement using BI tools and data-driven decision-making.
