As we expand our capabilities, weā€™re looking for a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team and play a crucial role in designing, prototyping, and optimizing our products.

What You'll Do

CAD & Mechanical Design : Utilize Solidworks, Spaceclaim, and / or FreeCAD to create detailed and optimized mechanical designs for diverse applications.

Design for 3D Printing : Develop and optimize designs specifically for additive manufacturing processes, ensuring quality and functionality.

Prototyping : Rapidly prototype mechanical parts, test concepts, and refine designs to meet performance criteria.

Design Optimization : Continuously analyze and improve existing designs to enhance performance, reduce costs, and ensure manufacturability.

Structural Analysis and Simulation : Perform structural analysis, thermal modelling, and simulations using Ansys to validate and optimize designs.

Who You Are

  • 2+ years of experience in mechanical design (more experience preferred).
  • Proven experience with 3D printing, printer tuning, and maintenance.
  • Ability to adapt designs from prototypes (3D printed parts) to manufacturable components.
  • Proficient in setting up, modeling, and analyzing structural systems in Ansys.
  • Familiarity with product development lifecycles, automotive part standards, and IP regulations is advantageous.

    • Skills Required

  • CAD Software : Solidworks, Spaceclaim, FreeCAD
  • Simulation Tools : Ansys - Static Structural, familiarity with Thermal, Composites, NVH simulations is a plus
  • Research & Documentation : Strong analytical skills and proficiency in technical documentation and report writing.
  • Mathematics & FEM : Strong understanding of finite element methods and mathematical modelling.
  • Programming :  Basics of Matlab and / or python is expected.
