Roles & responsibilities

—Responsible for Resource Planning & Deployment for optimum utilization

• —Develop & deploy best of class processes and Quality practices through continuous improvement;

Adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLA) about quality of deliverables and time schedules

Ensuring that all projects are sent on time without any delay
