Learning Program Manager Role

Key responsibilities for this role include leading and / or supporting identified global learning initiatives, collaborating with the facilitation team to align with standard operating procedures. Ensuring participant certification standards are consistently met, timely and fair marking of program certification requirements is a key aspect.

• Work collaboratively with the global learning team to understand the strategic learning strategy and your role in contributing to it.
• Lead and / or support on identified global programs, facilitating an engaging learning environment and confidently navigating varying regional needs from learners.
• Partner with the Learning Coordinator to ensure seamless program coordination, including scheduling, tracking participation & certification rates, and marketing for your programs.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to work autonomously and manage job and programs with minimal support. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential, as well as the ability to build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions.

As part of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality learning programs that meet our business objectives. You will work closely with stakeholders to navigate our global programs, providing guidance on program suitability, timing & scheduling.
