Key Functions and Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams.
• Understand client needs and prepare clear execution briefs.
• Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
• Coordinate with creative, production, and other teams for smooth execution.
• Work with vendors and partners to ensure reliable and efficient operations.
• Oversee onsite event execution and provide leadership during live events.
• Monitor budgets, logistics, and vendor performance for cost-effective delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly during planning or execution.
• Track campaign and event performance and share reports with clients.
• Stay updated with industry trends and suggest fresh ideas for projects.
• Maintain strong client relationships for repeat and long-term business.
• Ensure proper documentation, tracking, and closure of each project.
• Follow the production calendar and manage project milestones on time.
• Implement standard processes and best practices for project excellence.
