About the Role :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to join our team.

In this role, you will play a key part in analyzing operational performance, supporting product and business teams, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive insights and support decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze daily performance metrics to identify trends, uncover insights, and recommend areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with Airobot product and technology teams to support product analysis, enhancements, and quality assurance.
• Work closely with business teams to deliver ad-hoc reports and customer performance analyses.
• Manage and respond to queries from the Airobot customer service mailbox.
• Take ownership of onboarding and supporting new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and ongoing satisfaction.
