We are looking for a highly skilled and creative UI / UX Lead to join our team and drive the design vision for our digital products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, leadership capabilities, and experience in user-centered design principles.

Youll lead a team of UI / UX designers and collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver outstanding user :

• Lead and mentor a team of UI / UX designers, ensuring high-quality design output.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows based on user and business needs.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve designs.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and standards.
• Advocate for best UI / UX practices and user-centered design across the company.
• Stay updated on the latest UI / UX trends, tools, and technologies.
• Present design ideas and concepts to stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
