• Deep expertise in ServiceNow ITSM & CSM
• Platform Architecture & Solution Design
• Integrations (REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, 3rd-party apps)
• Now Assist, AI Agent, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent
• App Engine Studio & enterprise-level workflow design
• Data modelling, governance, platform standards
• Ability to lead technical teams and define roadmaps
