Qualification
MBBS from a recognized medical college
1–2 years of post-internship clinical experience (hospital experience preferred)
Key Responsibilities
Provide round-the-clock medical care to inpatients and emergency cases
Conduct patient assessments, daily rounds, and monitor clinical progress
Handle emergency cases and provide first-line treatment
Assist consultants during procedures, ward rounds, and emergencies
Maintain accurate patient records, case sheets, and discharge summaries
Coordinate with nursing staff, diagnostics, and other departments
Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, patient safety, and infection control guidelines
Communicate effectively with patients and their attendants regarding care plans

ICU / HDU (basic monitoring and support)
OPD support as required
Shift Details
Rotational shifts (day / night)
6–12-hour shifts as per hospital roster
