JD / Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer with extensive experience in SAP CRM to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SAP CRM technical aspects and will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining software solutions that enhance our CRM capabilities. This role requires a proactive individual who can work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the overall success of our projects.

Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and implement SAP CRM solutions based on business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for CRM enhancements.
  • Perform system configuration, customization, and integration of SAP CRM with other systems.
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP CRM-related issues.
  • Document technical specifications, processes, and user guides for future reference.
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP CRM trends and technologies to recommend improvements.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices in SAP CRM development.

Mandatory Skills :

  • Strong technical knowledge of SAP CRM, including configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Proficiency in ABAP programming language and experience with SAP UI5 / Fiori.
  • Experience with SAP CRM modules such as Sales, Service, and Marketing.
  • Solid understanding of database management and SQL.
  • Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Preferred Skills :

  • Experience with SAP S / 4HANA and its integration with SAP CRM.
  • Knowledge of other SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Experience in cloud-based CRM solutions.
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in software development with a focus on SAP CRM.
  • Relevant SAP certifications are a plus.
