Performance Marketing Manager (E-commerce/D2C)

Experience: 2+ years (E-commerce/D2C mandatory)

Location: Surat / Hybrid / Remote | Type: Full-time

Role: Own paid growth for multiple D2C clients across Meta + Google, driving profitable scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage 3–7 client ad accounts (Meta Ads + Google Ads)
• Build full-funnel campaigns (TOF/MOF/BOF), scale budgets, improve ROAS/CAC/MER
• Run weekly creative testing with design/content team (briefs + insights)
• Ensure tracking & reporting (Pixel/CAPI, GA4, UTMs, feed health)
• Weekly client reporting + action plan (what happened, why, what next)
  

Must Have

• 2+ years performance marketing for D2C/e-commerce
• Strong Meta Ads + Google Ads fundamentals
• Good with Sheets/Excel, numbers, and communication
