Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Manager, based in the Newtown, Kolkata. The Performance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the performance metrics of marketing campaigns, implementing performance management strategies, conducting regular training sessions, and managing budgets and overall Social Media Management. They will analyze data to drive business goals, improve processes, and ensure effective communication within the team.
