We serve a wide range of industries with cutting-edge labelling, filling, cartoning, and case packing solutions. As we expand, we are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Service Engineer to join our team and contribute to our service excellence.

Role Overview :

We are seeking a capable and experienced Service Engineer who can take charge of machine installation, troubleshooting, and after-sales support. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with packaging machines and capable of managing customer interactions, training junior technicians, and ensuring overall satisfaction with our technical services.

This position plays a key role in the profitability of the service department and will be part of the active management group of the company. Incentives are tied to performance and service revenue growth.

Educational Qualifications & Experience :

• Degree or Diploma in Electronics / Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering
• 2~7 years of experience in a similar service engineering role
• Strong command of written and spoken English
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
