Job Summary (P&A Project Manager)

• Manage projects related to Merchandising systems (Oracle Retail RMS), Assortment Planning, Merchandise Financial Planning, SAS Size / Pack Optimization, BY / JDA Allocation, and Forecasting & Replenishment tools.
• Utilize strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills to ensure project success.
• Apply an analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making to project management tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders; create and present project status reports to leadership.
• (Preferred) Possess functional knowledge of RMS Stock Ledger and Planning & Allocation domains.
• Require 7-12 years of relevant experience, ideally in the retail sector.
• Educational background in Computer Science preferred.
• Work is based in Bangalore, with a hybrid onsite / remote schedule.
• 6-month contract with potential for extension; one open position.
