Job descriptionAny full-time graduate (10+2+3). Immediate joiners are preferred. Willingness to work in night shifts. Mode of Salary credit should be through banks from all the employers (No cash in hand) All educational and employment documents are mandatory to have Experience in mortgage servicing / mortgage origination is preferred. Strong understanding of mortgage products, loan processes and financial regulations i Good Analytical skills, excellent judgment, logic and reasoning Being Flexible for working in Multiple Shifts Computer literate and strong familiarity with credit financial analysis techniques Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills Reviews forms, disclosures, and other documents to validate information and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations Tracks compliance questions and requirements Closely work with underwriters for Various denial reasons and Denial codes Communicates with loan officers / area managers / team members to provide direction and guidance on applicable regulations. Knowledge of two federal laws the Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA), as implemented by Regulation B, and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) Disclosure requirements under the FCRA mandated by the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act (Dodd-Frank Act) Take action on the application and notify the applicant according to Regulation B’s standard notice requirements Validates the denial codes are Accuracy of the codes Knowledge of underwriting policies and guidelines.
